在对初中三年级学生的体育教学中,往往会遇到一些体育差生.他们在执行中学生日常行为规范上,表现尚可以.但是,在思想上.语言和行为上却表现出一些恐惧心理.他们往往怕教师提问、怕练不好有一定难度的技术,怕学习新的动作.伴有心跳加快.内分泌增加.注意分散,提不起精神.声音变调和脸色急变等内在外在表现.这些学生正处在心理发展的阶段.可塑性较大.如能针对学生恐惧心理及时采取心理医疗和教育.就能取得事半功倍的效果.反之.不仅造成以后教育上更大的麻烦,而且还可能导致恐惧心理更加严重,影响他们潜能开发与心理素质、体育素质以及对社会适应能力的提高.为此.帮助差生走出恐惧心理的误区,成为必须研究的课题.差生恐惧心理的特点及表现初三学生一般在15—16岁,其心理特点是:①有成人感,有能力,有气魄,但客观上他们的思想和行动,还不脱稚气.②评价能力有发展,但自我评价能力往往落后于评价别人的能力、产生“严以责人,宽以律己”的偏向.③知识面加大.接受信息快,但看问题简单,片面、幼稚.恐惧心理的差生除了具有上述一般心理特点外,还具有一些特殊的心理特点:
