The market is the basis for the survival of an enterprise. It is basically divided into two major blocks: the input product market (production material market) and the consumer goods market. For the consumer goods market, since 1990, its price trend has been climbing, mainly reflected in the growth rate of the national retail price index. From 1990 to 1994, the growth rate of the national retail price index was 2.1%, 2.9%, 5.4%, 13%, and 21.7%, respectively. If they are collectively referred to as the sales phase, what is the status of the current market for input products? What are the implications? The input goods market has experienced two periods of strong sales (1990-1993) and unsalable sales (1994) in recent years. During the period of strong sales, there was a shortage of input products, excess demand, and the sellers’ peace of mind. Competition among buyers led to a sharp increase in the prices of input products throughout the country. This prompted a considerable number of companies to rush to launch radish and not to wash mud. Ignoring the level of cost, not guaranteeing product quality, only seeking product output; on the other hand, some large state-owned enterprises do not think of technological advancement, equipment improvement because of their tight products, and do not seek product quality and low consumption.
