本文从细胞遗传以及出苗率、苗高、M_1显性突变和M_2性状突变等方面阐述了沙打旺的辐射诱变规律。试验结果指出:苗高和出苗率与剂量呈负相关;染色体畸变和微核率与剂量相关性显著;M_2性状突变与剂量大小有关,同时发现不同品种间的辐射敏感性差异较大。在M_1中发现了显性突变,井选出比对照早开花51禾的早熟类型,为在黄土高原高寒地区实现沙打旺的天然更新提供了可能性。 In this paper, the rule of radiation mutagenesis of Astragalus adsurgens was elaborated from aspects of cytogenetics, emergence rate, seedling height, M_1 dominant mutation and M_2 mutation. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the seedling height and the emergence rate and the dose, the chromosome aberration and the micronucleus rate were significantly correlated with the dose, and the M 2 trait mutation was related to the dose size. The differences in the radiation sensitivity among different cultivars were also found. The dominant mutation was found in M_1, and the early maturing type of early flowering 51H was selected, which provided a possibility for the natural regeneration of Astragalus adsurgens in the alpine region of the Loess Plateau.
