高校贫困学生团体的存在与表现,一定程度上影响着学生的成才和学校的稳定与发展。把握这些特殊团体的个性特征,对其进行科学地心理分析与疏导,是高校管理者和相关职能部门的职责。
The existence and performance of poor student groups in universities affect the success of students and the stability and development of schools to a certain extent. Grasping the personality characteristics of these special groups and conducting scientific psychological analysis and guidance on them are the responsibilities of university administrators and relevant functional departments.
