China frequently suffered from foreign sanctions of anti-dumping measures,which has important and direct impact to ourexport trade. China has entered WTO,and the trade frictions and disputes on anti-dumping will be occurring more and more,which madeChina passive in the way on enhancing the effectiveness of exports and accelerate integration into the global economy. It’s important to learnuseful experience from other countries on anti-dumping legislation, perfecting our own anti-dumping legislation as soon as possible.
