多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是一种浆细胞克隆性增殖的恶性肿瘤,常伴有溶骨性骨质破坏、贫血、肾衰竭和骨髓瘤细胞髓外浸润所致的各种损伤。经典Wnt信号通路是Wnt通路中目前研究最为清楚的信号通路,此通路对MM细胞具有重要的促增殖作用。有研究发现MM细胞中存在β-catenin的过度表达以及Wnt信号通路的异常激活,且与MM的预后和分期密切相关~(〔1-2〕)。因此Wnt/β-catenin信号通路抑制剂成为探索治疗
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a clonally proliferating malignant tumor of plasma cells. It is often accompanied by osteolytic bone destruction, anemia, renal failure, and extramedullary infiltration of myeloma cells. The classical Wnt signaling pathway is the most well-known signaling pathway in the Wnt pathway. This pathway has an important pro-proliferative effect on MM cells. Studies have found that there is overexpression of β-catenin in MM cells and abnormal activation of Wnt signaling pathway, and is closely related to the prognosis and staging of MM ([1-2]). Therefore, Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway inhibitors become an exploratory therapy
