PTEN是具有双重特异性磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因,其主要功能是参与调控细胞增殖、迁移和凋亡。研究显示PTEN的失活与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关。现就抑癌基因PTEN在胃癌中的表达做一综述。
PTEN is a tumor suppressor gene with dual specific phosphatase activity. Its main function is to participate in the regulation of cell proliferation, migration and apoptosis. Studies have shown that inactivation of PTEN is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. The expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN in gastric cancer is reviewed.
