从现场生产的横向伸长率不合格钢板中取样,进行了夹杂物检验和金相检验,并用扫描电镜对拉伸断口进行观察和分析。结果表明,铸坯凝固过程中的偏析导致的低温转变组织和分布于其中硫化物,以及在试样中发现的不良组织是引发伸长率不合格的三个重要原因。并且根据现场生产条件提出了工艺优化建议,试生产后,钢板横向伸长率得到了明显提高。
From the on-site production of transverse elongation unqualified steel samples were taken for inclusions and metallographic examination, and scanning electron microscopy of tensile fracture was observed and analyzed. The results show that the segregation caused by the segregation in the slab during the transformation process is mainly caused by the low temperature transformation of the microstructure and the distribution of the sulfides in the slab, as well as the unhealthy structures found in the specimens. And according to the site production conditions proposed process optimization recommendations, after the trial production, the transverse elongation of the steel has been significantly improved.
