对50CrMoV和W6Mo5Cr4V2进行了脉冲放电强化试验,通过XRD对其强化层结构进行了分析。结果发现,两者第一主强化相虽然都是W2C,但其含量后者(W6Mo5Cr4V2)明显减少,且两者的第二主强化相不同,前者为ε-Fe2-3N,而后者为Fe3W3C。另外通过金相分析发现,两者的强化层与基体之间的扩散程度有较大的差别,后者(W6Mo5Cr4V2)较前者扩散程度明显加强,致使后者涂层的硬度略有下降,但厚度和结合力有所提高。
The pulse discharge intensification tests of 50CrMoV and W6Mo5Cr4V2 were carried out. The strengthening layer structure was analyzed by XRD. The results showed that although the first major strengthening phase of both was W2C, its content (W6Mo5Cr4V2) was significantly reduced, and the second main strengthening phase of the two was different, the former being ε-Fe2-3N and the latter being Fe3W3C. In addition, metallurgical analysis shows that there is a great difference in the degree of diffusion between the two strengthening layers and the matrix, and the latter (W6Mo5Cr4V2) is significantly diffused more than the former, resulting in a slight decrease in the hardness of the latter coating. However, the thickness And bonding has improved.
