近年来,随着改革开放的深入推进,各种利益格局的不断调整,池州市信访形势一度比较严峻,突出表现在涉及企业改制、征地拆迁、劳动就业与保障、基层政务公开等方面的群众信访大幅度上升,集体上访、越级上访、重复上访明显增多。面对严峻的信访形势,池州市委、市政府建立市长接待日、群众信访评议、仲裁委裁决和法律援助四道信访工作保障线,使信访形势明显好转,信访量持续上升的势头得到有效遏制,群众集体上访大幅减少。
