On July 6, 1998, the Guangdong Provincial Construction Commission issued the “Notice on Finishing the Publication of Information on the Issuance of Printing and Discharge Engineering Construction Standards” (Yuejiankefa [1998] No. 07). This notification is the release of the standard for the construction of projects since the first half of 1998. Since 1987, new and old construction engineering standards and revised information have been published.
