一、立项背景高品质的生态人居环境是21世纪全球可持续发展的重要内容。面对我国城镇化带来的每年约20亿平方米的建设量,在能源和资源消耗最低的基础上,满足人民对于人居环境安全、健康、舒适、高效和适宜的要求,成为我国建筑行业发展的必然选择虽然我国目前对建设当中的问题认识已较为深入,但相对而言,在寻找和应用真正适用的技术体系方面的工作却仍为有限。
