安全管理的核心,是安全教育。综观目前电力企业安全教育和培训,我们发现许多领域存在空白或是滞后,远跟不上经济发展的步伐和适应企业改革的需要,因此,电力企业必须注重做好安全教育培训的创新工作。一、当前安全教育和培训存在的常见问题1.重生产效益,轻安全教育一些企业领导忽视生产与安全的辨证关系,认为有经济效益就有一切,不愿在安全教育上进行人员、资金的投入,安全教育重形式走过场,根本没有深入人心,也没有起到宣传教育的作用。
