哈尔滨油漆厂是全国涂料行业重点生产厂,也是哈尔滨市实现利税2000万元以上的利税大户之一。本厂法律顾问室是在1986年成立的,是兼职的。随着经济体制改革的深入和国民经济的日益发展,企业的横向经济关系和纵向的经济关系发生了很大变化,厂领导越来越感到运用法律手段,管理企业是当务之急。因此在1987年10月11日决定成立专职法律顾问室。由具有大专文化,受过法律专业培训,有企业管理经验,政治、业务素质好的同志从事企业法律顾问工作。主要抓了以下工作:
