我今年50岁,患高血压病已有10年,但血压一直控制很好,平时除坚持服用降压药外,还经常进行一种“走步降压”的锻炼。这种方法是一位朋友介绍给我的,在家中便可简易操作,可有效降低血压。首先是走“脚尖步”。走步时,抬起脚后跟,只用脚尖走步。这样会动用比平常走步更多的能量,也可活动平常很少活动的脚尖关节,改善脚部血液循环,进而促进全身的血液循环。
