本文报告用光电容积描记法记录的61个经血管造影证实的闭塞性动脉粥样硬化(OA)的肢体的脉搏波和72个无OA的肢体的脉搏波,并进行分析比较。病人和方法:将下肢未作血管造影的两组健康人(35名男性,4名女性)作对照。A组:健康的年轻人,年龄21～25岁,平均年龄22±1.3岁,B组健康人年龄41～57岁,平均年龄50±5.2岁.C组为闭塞性动脉粥样硬化而无阻塞(OAWO)者。平均年龄51.6±2.6岁,检查了18例男性,1例女性。D组为闭塞性动脉粥样硬化而有完全阻塞(OAW.CO)者,平均年龄53±2.5岁。检查了33例男性,
In this paper, 61 angiographically documented arterial pulse signs of occlusive atherosclerosis (OA) and 72 non-OA limbs recorded by photoplethysmography are reported and compared. Patients and Methods: Two healthy individuals (35 males and 4 females) without angiographic lower extremities were compared.
