铁粒幼细胞性贫血合并良性颅内压增高国内尚未见报道,本院近来收治1例,并因长期误诊而导致继发性右侧视神经萎缩。现简扼报道如下:患者女性,33岁。贫血一年余,持续性头痛、视力明显减退三月余而入院。一年前曾用氯霉素达半月余,继后出现进行性头昏、面部苍白、乏力等。入院前三个月起头部有持续性紧缩样日益加剧之头痛,视力明显下降。曾多处诊治无效而转入我院。既往体健,家族中无贫血患者。体检发现:有重度贫血貌,视力:右眼光感,左眼1.0。双视神经
