微孔袋栽平菇技术,即将所用之塑料袋用缝纫机按需要穿刺几条微孔,有利之处虽多,但存在易污染杂菌、损失水分和费工费时之不足。采用菌丝面针扎微孔技术可消除上述缺点。具体方法如下:1.装袋:按常规用聚乙烯塑料袋生料栽培,将袋两端及中间(层数不限)加菌种,其余部分填充基料,然后两头加气孔扎口。
