用超高效液相色谱和高分辨飞行时间质谱(UPLC/Q-TOFMS)联用技术,跟踪小鼠给予药物辛伐他汀前后血清中的内源性代谢物的变化,开展基于代谢组学技术的辛伐他汀对磷脂类物质作用的研究.研究结果显示:辛伐他汀药物对血清中磷脂类物质有较大影响,本文对其中6种具有显著性差异的标记物进行了结构确认,并对这些物质与降脂作用的关系进行了讨论.研究结果表明,将代谢组学技术应用于药物的作用效果研究,对新药研发和合理临床用药具有重要的指导意义.
The changes of endogenous metabolites in serum before and after the administration of simvastatin to mice were tracked by UPLC / Q-TOF MS and the metabolomics-based Simvastatin on the role of phospholipids research results show that: simvastatin drugs on serum phospholipids have a greater impact in this paper, six kinds of significant differences in the structure of the markers were confirmed, and these The relationship between substance and lipid-lowering effect was discussed.The results show that the application of metabolomics technology to the study of the effect of drugs has an important guiding significance for the research and development of new drugs and rational clinical use of drugs.
