德国现代很有影响的思想家、哲学家瓦尔特.本雅明在《作为生产者的作者》一文中,提出了其艺术理论的核心概念——技术观。他认为技术进步是政治进步的基础,作品的政治倾向与艺术质量或艺术倾向应一致。而在何种情形下本雅明萌生出对技术的关注?又在哪些艺术理论中有过具体的研究?本雅明在看待技术与艺术关系问题时侧重关注哪些方面等,文章尝试分析这些问题。
Walter Benjamin, the influential thinker and philosopher in modern Germany, put forward the concept of technology, which is the core concept of his art theory, in his book “The Producer as the Author.” He believes that technological progress is the basis of political progress. The political orientation of the works should be consistent with the artistic quality or artistic tendencies. However, under what circumstances did Benjamin emerge out of concern for technology and in which art theories have specific studies been conducted? Benjamin’s attempt to analyze these issues focuses on the aspects of technology-art relations.
