我区自1993年启动实施“学校管理水平等级达杯督导评价”活动以来,中小学督导评价工作经过十年不断构建和完善督评机制,促进了学校持续健康发展。我区学校发展水平督导评价新机制已于2003年正式试行,现将有关情况作如下介绍。 一、学校发展水平督导评价的基本理念和基本内容 所谓学校发展水平督导评价,是以现代教育发展观为指导,以促进学校发展为目的,以学校发展过程为主要对象的评价,是一种关注学校的发展目标
