2001年以来,江苏省认真贯彻《国务院关于基础教育改革和发展的决定》以及全国完善农村义务教育管理体制电视电话会议精神,狠抓“以县为主”管理体制的落实,并乘势而上,主动引导落实的过程向有利于农村基础教育的均衡化的方向发展。到目前为止,全省108个县(市、区)的农村义务教育管理体制上收到县的工作已经全部到位,“以县为主”的管理体制开始正常运转,农村学校布局调整和资源配置优化有了明显进展,促进了农村基础教育的均衡发展。
Since 2001, Jiangsu Province has conscientiously implemented the “Decision of the State Council on Reform and Development of Basic Education” and the national teleconference to perfect the rural compulsory education management system.
