国内许多学者,对血吸虫病粪便虫卵孵化的方法和影响虫卵孵化的因素,进行了研究。目前最通用和被认为最可靠的,是三角烧瓶倾倒换水与沉淀集卵镜检相结合的方法。我们在1964年2~4月,就光度与孵化的关系、孵化24小时阴性标本换水再孵化及粪便内检出变性虫卵等问题,进行了实验观察。所有粪便标本均来自福清县血吸虫病流行区的五个自然村,共780份,其中检出阳性者179份。全部标本均由福清血吸虫病防治小组
Many scholars in China have studied the methods of hatching egg excrement of schistosomiasis and the factors that affect egg hatching. Currently the most versatile and considered to be the most reliable method is the combination of conical flask dump change water and sedimentation ovum microscopy. From February to April 1964, we carried out experimental observations on the relationship between photometry and hatching, hatching of negative samples after hatching for 24 hours, re-hatching and detection of degenerative eggs in feces. All the stool samples were from 780 natural villages in schistosomiasis endemic areas of Fuqing County, with a total of 780 samples, of which 179 were positive. All specimens were from Fuqing schistosomiasis control group
