几年来的工作实践,使我们深深地体会到,要使工会财务与经审工作密切配合,搞好经费的民主管理,必须共同处理好下述三个方面的关系。一、正确处理经审工作与财务工作的关糸。把监督同协作有机地统一起来。更好地为职工群众和发展工运事业服务,这是工会财务和经审工作的共同任务。但由于两者的职能不同,要协调好彼此的关系,关键是正确认识它们既是监督与被监督的关系,又是分工与协作的关系。经审会与财务部门做到工作互相协助,情况经常交流,问题共同解决,使财务部门的会计监督同经审部门的民主监督有机地结合起来。在具体工作中,我们注意抓好三个环节:首先是
