钩虫成虫抗原的制作方法,已在本刊1959年第6期中发表。方法虽简单,但在无精细天平设备的农村医疗单位或在丙酮(或乙醚)供应困难情况下,实际制作还不免受到一定的限制。我们根据比较多量的钩虫成虫的秤重,求得了每条虫的平均重量是0.21毫克,依照虫体大概的重量,可以按条数作为稀释倍数的依据。同时,改用氢氧化钠煮沸法,免掉用丙酮脱水的一道手续,这样,既可节省药品,制作时间也大大缩短。初步试用结果颇为满意,现在特把这一点经验介绍出来,以供参考。
