抗生素230诱变性和致畸性的研究

抗生素230是我所从浅灰链霉菌230(Streptomyces griseolus 230)中提取的吲哚类生物碱。经实验室与现场试验,对钉螺及螺卵有较强的杀灭作用。为了解该杀螺剂的遗传毒理学性质,我们进行了诱变性和致畸性试验。

Antibiotic 230 is the indole alkaloid I extracted from Streptomyces griseolus 230. The laboratory and field trials on snails and spiro eggs have a strong killing effect. To understand the genotoxicity profile of this snail, we conducted mutagenicity and teratogenicity tests.
