《中国药事》编辑部于1993年4月18～20日在天津市蓟县举行“药事管理专题研讨会”。出席会议的有卫生部药政局张景保处长、李勤同志和总后卫生部药材局、中国药品生物制品检定所和部分省、市卫生厅(局)的药事管理专家共23人。《中国药事》主编江冰同志主持会议。他指出,这次专题研讨会主要研讨在社会主义市场经济体制下如何做好药品监督管理工作。当前政府转变职能,精简机构,药政工作如何适应,药品监督管理从经验上升到理论,需要探讨,为药政工作做舆论。张景保处长指出,大家研讨当前药事管理面临的新问题,提出建议,为今年六月份卫生部药政局在南京召开的全国药政会议做准备,使南京会议开得更好。五月份卫生部药政局将在华西医科大学举办国家药品监督员学习班,都是围绕在社会主义市场经济体制下如何搞好药品监督管理做工作。
The editorial department of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” held the “Pharmacy Management Symposium” in Jixian, Tianjin from April 18 to April 20, 1993. Comrade Jiang Bing, editor-in-chief of “Chinese Pharmaceutical Affairs,” presided over the meeting. He pointed out: This symposium will focus on how to do a good job in drug supervision and administration under the socialist market economic system. At present, the government has changed its functions, streamlined its institutions and how its medical and pharmaceutical work can be adapted, and its supervision and management have risen from experience to theory and need to be discussed so as to make public opinion on the work of the government. Director Zhang Jingbao pointed out that we discussed new issues facing the current pharmaceutical administration and put forth suggestions to prepare for the Nanjing Conference to be held in preparation for the National Pharmaceutical Conference held in Nanjing by the Pharmaceutical Administration of the Ministry of Health in June this year. In May, the Pharmaceutical Administration of the Ministry of Health will hold a seminar of national drug supervisors at Huaxi Medical University, focusing on how to do a good job in drug supervision and administration under the socialist market economic system.
