随着我国教育事业的不断发展,家长在班级管理中的作用愈加明显和重要。每个孩子在思想意识、性格特征、家庭环境、生活背景等方面大不相同,这对教师来讲,班级的集体管理尤为困难,因此需要家长能够积极参与、配合教师的班级管理。教师和家长多沟通交流,了解每个学生的具体情况,根据不同情况的学生采用不同的教学方式。针对家长在学校班级管理中的五大作用进行简要分析。
