育灵1号是天津中医学院第一附属医院用于治疗男性不育症的有效方剂之一。临床用治少精、精子活力差。我们通过动物实验初步探讨了该方的药理作用。现将结果报道如下: 实验材料 1.实验所用药材采购于天津市中医研究所。将原药材按育灵1号方剂的比例称取,置砂锅内,按传统的中药煎煮法煎煮,最后浓缩至1g(生药)/ml,置4℃冰箱内保存备用。 2.动物:Wislar系幼龄雄性大白鼠,由天津市实验动物中心提供。 3.试剂:苔黑酚,批号881115;二苯胺,批号890425,均为北京化工厂出品。 DNA(小牛胸腺);RNA(酵母),均为华美生物工程公司出品。
Yuling No. 1 is one of the effective prescriptions for the treatment of male infertility in the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The use of clinical treatment less refined sperm poor vitality. We preliminary explored the pharmacological effects of this side through animal experiments. The results are reported below: Experimental Materials 1. The herbs used in the experiment were purchased from Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The original medicinal materials were weighed according to the ratio of the Yuling No. 1 prescription, placed in a casserole, and decocted according to the traditional Chinese medicine decoction method. Finally, they were concentrated to 1g (crude drug)/ml and stored in a refrigerator at 4°C. 2. Animals: Wislar young male rats provided by Tianjin Experimental Animal Center. 3. Reagents: Orcinol, Batch No. 881115; Diphenylamine, Batch No. 890425, all produced by Beijing Chemical Factory. DNA (calf thymus); RNA (yeast), all produced by China Bioengineering Corporation.
