中国少年先锋队是中国少年儿童的群众组织。“组织性”是少先队的本质特征之一。少先队组织建设是少先队工作的最基本任务,加强少先队组织教育是少先队教育的最基本内容。全国少工委五届五次会议指出:新时期,要考虑共青团、少先队组织在思想教育内容上的有效衔接,培养少年儿童党、团、队相衔接的组织意识,培养他们对党、对社会主义祖国的朴素感情。由此看来,在新形势下,加强少先队组织教育非常及时且必要。
China Youth Pioneers is a mass organization of children and adolescents in China. “Organizational ” is one of the essential characteristics of Young Pioneers. The construction of Young Pioneers is the most basic task of working for Young Pioneers. Strengthening the education of Young Pioneers is the most basic element of education for Young Pioneers. The 5th Session of the 5th National Committee of Young Workers Lesson pointed out: In the new period, we should consider the effective connection between the CYL and Young Pioneers organizations in the content of ideological education, cultivate the awareness of the organization in which the juvenile and children’s parties, groups and teams meet, and cultivate their awareness of the party and the society Simple feelings of the motherland. From this, in the new situation, it is very timely and necessary to strengthen the education of Young Pioneers.
