新春佳节到来之际,中国少先队工作学会名誉会长段镇老师寄语他的研修生,希望他们能够通过不断地学习与进修,不断地提升自我,使自己的少先队工作水平从原来的活动型、应付型上升到科研型、创新型的高级水平。段镇老师认为,科研型、创新型的少先队工作者应学会宠观思考问题,善于从社会发展的全局、整体、长远、未来的战略高度思考问题,这样才能避免工作的盲目性、局限性和片面性,才能发挥工作的主动性、创造性和科学性,跟上时代前进的步伐,并走在时代的前面。 所谓宠观思考问题,就是指少先队工作者要从社会政治、经济、文化、科技和社会发展的大视野,从中国现代化进程和国际竞争的大背景出发,结合中国教育改革的大趋势来思考儿童教育与少先队工作的问题。段镇老师既是这样要求他的学生的,也是这样亲身实践的。在这里,我们把段镇老师撰写的“新世纪儿童教育发展十大趋势”(提纲)刊登出来,用他的话说就是“把一块砖抛出来”请全国的少先队工作者们以科学的、批判的精神来共同研讨,给予修正、补充、并引起大家的思考和探索。
