本文以前人提出的类比电路法和日本森荣司教授提出的表观弹性法计算复合压电振子的频率,通过对计算机编程计算和实测进行比较,讨论了它的实用性。然后将用表观弹性法分析耦合振动时对弹性模量和声速进行的修正(是频率和尺寸的函数),代入简单的一维振动数学模型计算电声参数。通过适当的修正,使计算值与实测值达到了较好的符合,为估算复合振子换能器的电声性能提供了简便方法。最后通过计算振子端面的反映阻抗,简单分析了灌注层的影响。
In this paper, the analogy circuit method proposed by the predecessors and the apparent elasticity method proposed by Professor Mori Mori of Japan are used to calculate the frequency of the composite piezoelectric vibrator. The calculation and measurement of the computer are compared to discuss its practicability. Then, the elastic modulus and the velocity of sound (the function of frequency and size) are analyzed by the apparent elasticity method and the electro-acoustic parameters are calculated by the simple one-dimensional vibration mathematical model. Through the appropriate correction, the calculated value and the measured value achieve a good match, which provides a simple method for estimating the electroacoustic performance of the composite vibrator transducer. Finally, by calculating the reflected impedance of the end face of the vibrator, the influence of the perfusion layer is simply analyzed.
