目的:探究延续性护理对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者自我管理的影响.方法:入选50例冠心病患者,采用随机方式导入,各25例,观察组给予延续性护理、对照组给予常规护理,比较两组各项指标.结果:观察组护理后自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,(P<0.05).观察组冠心病患者治疗依从性高于对照组,P<0.05.结论:延续性护理对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者自我管理能力具有明显提高作用,且能够显著提升患者治疗依从性,值得研究和推广.
