2008年是我国实行改革开放和有关“真理标准”问题讨论30周年。说起那场“真理标准”问题的大讨论,不能不提及一个人,他就是《实践是检验真理的唯一标准》这篇文章的作者、时任南京大学哲学教师的胡福明。正是他的大胆质疑和探索,才揭开了这场我国思想解放运动的序幕。
2008 marks the 30th anniversary of the introduction of China’s reform and opening up and discussions on the “truth standard” issue. Speaking of the big discussion on the issue of “truth standard”, we can not fail to mention a man. He is the author of the article “Practice is the Only Standard to Test Truth,” and was appointed as a philosopher of philosophy at Nanjing University. It was just after his bold questioning and exploration that the curtain of this movement of ideological liberation in our country was opened.
