一、引言扬州工艺,首推漆器。漆器应用范围广泛,形式异常丰富,题材内容极为广博。目前,扬州已经形成了一支具有自己独特风格的大师队伍,其中,非物质文化遗产扬州漆器髹饰技艺项目国家级代表性传承人2名,省级代表性传承人3名,市级代表性传承人2名。[1]今天,面对处于“保护”语境中的扬州漆器项目,有几个问题不容回避:特定艺人,他们为什么能成为非物质文化遗产传承人?作为已经被认定为代表性传承人的艺人们,传承的核心价值是什么?被认定的非物质文化遗产传承人,他们在将自己的技术和技能传授给后人的过程中,所面临的内在和外在困
