以踏面单元制动器为研究对象,运用adams动力学软件及MATLAB/Simulink模块建立了制动器数值仿真分析模型,通过对踏面制动器制动过程的仿真分析,得到制动缸内部气压响应及制动力响应,从而获得制动器响应时间及灵敏度等参数。通过试验验证,所分析的响应时间与实测值相近,说明分析的正确性。
Taking the tread unit brake as the research object, the numerical simulation analysis model of the brake is established by using the adams dynamics software and the MATLAB / Simulink module. Through the simulation analysis of the braking process of the tread brake, the internal atmospheric pressure response and the braking force response of the brake cylinder are obtained. Get the brake response time and sensitivity and other parameters. Through the experimental verification, the analysis of the response time and the measured values are similar, indicating the correctness of the analysis.
