油品装卸铁路专用线是炼油厂、煤制油企业、甲醇厂等企业原料及产品运输的配套设施,其设计不同于一般铁路专用线设计,有其特殊性。其设计方案既要满足铁路相关规范的要求,还要符合石化、危化品等相关规范;同时,油品运输属危险品运输,罐车在专用线内作业模式也较普通铁路货车不同,设计中需要考虑的因素较多。文章结合规范及实例,探讨油品装卸铁路专用线在设计中应注意的问题、优化技巧等。
Oil loading and unloading railway line is a refinery, coal oil companies, methanol plants and other raw materials and products transport facilities, its design is different from the general railway line design, has its own particularity.
