用孢子紫外照射、菌丝原生质体紫外照射和孢子60Coγ射线辐射3种方法对淡紫拟青霉361菌株进行了诱变育种。结果表明,3种方法都能产生对Rhizoctoniasolani具高度拮抗活性的菌株,其中尤以孢子紫外线照射为佳。获得的2123、2245、4414等菌株的拮抗活性比361菌株提高了100%以上。
Using spore UV irradiation, mycelium protoplasts UV irradiation and spores 60Coγ ray irradiation three methods Paecilomyces lilacin 36 1 strains were mutagenesis breeding. The results showed that all the three methods can produce strains with high antagonistic activity against Rhizoctonia solani, especially the spore UV irradiation. The obtained antagonistic activity of 2 1 23,2 2 45 45 4 14 strains and other strains than 36 1 strains increased by 100% or more.
