1 维生素B_(?)VitB_6有促进镁离子进入子宫肌细胞而产生解痉的作用.故有主张补充镁离子及Vit B_6治疗原发性痛经。2 心痛定机理是本品可松驰子宫平滑肌.有效地抑制月经头2天的子宫收缩。方法:于每次月经前3～5d开始服药.10 mg.tid.7～10 d为1疗程.连用3个疗程.月经来潮时亦可服药.10～30 min后疼痛减轻。3 炎痛喜康有人使用本品治疗原发性痛经取得较好疗效。用法;dl、d2单剂量40 mg.d3、d4、d5改为20 mg。
