从45钢在高压氮气中淬火的实验出发,利用ANSYS有限元软件对工件雾化气体淬火过程进行数值模拟,建立二维瞬态模型,模拟了工件的温度场和应力场的分布。模拟结果和实验进行对比,温度场的数值模拟计算和实验结果较吻合。
Based on the experiments of quenching 45 steel in high pressure nitrogen gas, the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the quenching process of the atomized gas of the workpiece. The transient transient model was established and the temperature field and stress field of the workpiece were simulated. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results. The numerical simulation of the temperature field is in good agreement with the experimental results.
