为了获得更好的铝合金筋板类锻件锻造成形工艺参数,采用正交试验和有限元模拟技术对锻造成形工艺参数进行了多目标优化。以铝合金筋板类锻件成形载荷和金属流动速度作为评价指标,分析成形速率、坯料温度、摩擦系数、飞边槽桥部宽度和高度对锻件质量的影响。并用极差分析法分别得到成形载荷和流动速度的最优工艺参数。最后利用多目标综合平衡法,获得成形载荷和金属流动速度的工艺参数组合,并对最优工艺参数进行了验证。
In order to obtain better forging process parameters of aluminum alloy rib plate forgings, orthogonal test and finite element simulation technology were used to optimize the forging process parameters. The forming load and the metal flow velocity of aluminum alloy rib plate forgings were taken as the evaluation indexes to analyze the influence of forming rate, billet temperature and friction coefficient, the width and height of flash bridge trough bridge on the quality of forgings. The optimal process parameters of forming load and flow velocity were obtained by using range analysis. Finally, by using the multi-objective comprehensive balance method, the process parameters combination of forming load and metal flow velocity are obtained, and the optimum process parameters are verified.
