目的研究脂质纳米粒(LNs)对小鼠的全身毒性及内分泌系统的影响。方法小鼠尾静脉注射LNs,连续7 d,继续培养23 d后,于眼眶取血,分离血清,用免疫试剂盒法检测血清中皮质醇(COR)、生长激素(GH)、睾酮(T)和甲状腺素(T4)的含量;并剖离小鼠组织(心、肝、脾、肺、肾和脑)行病理检查。结果同正常组小鼠相比,给予LNs后小鼠的各组织未见病理学变化,其内分泌系统也无太大影响(P>0.05)。结论 LNs对小鼠全身无明显毒性且不影响内分泌系统,可应用于静脉注射。
Objective To study the effects of lipid nanoparticles (LNs) on systemic toxicity and endocrine system in mice. Methods The mice were injected with LNs through the tail vein for 7 days. After 23 days of continuous culture, blood was collected from orbital orifices and the serum was separated. Serum cortisol, growth hormone, testosterone, And thyroxine (T4); and dissected from the mouse tissues (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and brain) for pathological examination. Results Compared with the normal mice, no pathological changes were observed in the tissues of mice after LNs administration, and the endocrine system had no significant effect (P> 0.05). Conclusion LNs have no obvious systemic toxicity to mice and do not affect the endocrine system. They can be used in intravenous injection.
