利用姜黄素在强酸非水介质中与硼酸生成有色络合物测定微量硼 ,并进行比色测定 ,方法检出限为 7 7× 10 - 8g mL ,相对标准偏差为 0 5 9% (3 3× 10 - 7g mL ,姜黄素 ,n =10 ) ,线性范围 :2 0× 10 - 7～ 1 2× 10 - 6g mL .
The method was applied to the determination of trace boron with colored complex of boric acid with curcumin in strong acid nonaqueous medium. The detection limit was 7 7 × 10 -8 g mL and the relative standard deviation was 0.59% (3 3 × 10 - 7g mL, curcumin, n = 10). The linear range was 20 × 10 ~ 7 ~ 12 × 10 ~ 6g mL.
