目的:观察前列腺素E1对低硒高镉饲料饲养大鼠心室乳头肌细胞电生理的影响。方法:用细胞内微电极技术分别观察普通饲料对照、本实验构成饲料对照、单纯高镉、高镉高前列腺素E1、低硒高镉、低硒高镉伴高前列腺素E1、高硒高镉、高硒高镉伴高前列腺素E1饲料饲养14周后大鼠心肌细胞电生理指标静息电位(RP)、动作电位幅度(APA)、动作电位时程(APD50、APD90)的改变。结果:与2个对照组比较,高镉高前列腺素E1组、高硒高镉伴高前列腺素E1组各检测指标无变化;单纯高镉组RP、APA降低,APD50、APD90延长;低硒高镉组RP、APA降低,APD50、APD90明显延长;低硒高镉高前列腺素E1组、高硒高镉组均表现为仅RP降低,APA、APD与2个对照组比较差异无显著性意义。结论:低硒高镉可明显改变心肌细胞的电生理特性,前列腺素E1可以对抗此变化。
Objective: To observe the effect of prostaglandin E1 on the electrophysiology of ventricular papillary muscle cells of rats fed with low selenium and high cadmium diet. Methods: The intracellular microelectrode technique was used to observe the normal feed control. The experiment consisted of feed control, pure high cadmium, high cadmium high prostaglandin E1, low selenium high cadmium, low selenium high cadmium with high prostaglandin E1, high selenium high cadmium (RP), action potential amplitude (APA) and action potential duration (APD50, APD90) of rat cardiomyocytes after 14 weeks of rearing high selenium, high cadmium and high prostaglandin E1 diet. Results: Compared with the two control groups, there was no change in the detection index of high-cadmium and high-prostaglandin E1 group and high-selenium and high cadmium with high prostaglandin E1 group; RP and APA decreased, APD50 and APD90 prolonged in high- Cadmium group, RPA, APA decreased, APD50, APD90 significantly prolonged; low selenium, high cadmium and high prostaglandin E1 group, high selenium and high cadmium group showed only RP decreased, APA, APD compared with the two control groups no significant difference. Conclusion: Low selenium and high cadmium can significantly change the electrophysiological characteristics of cardiomyocytes, prostaglandin E1 can fight this change.
