大庆市是以石油和石化为主的资源型城市,要保持城市经济长久繁荣和可持续发展,必须发展替代产业尤其是高新技术产业。为此,大庆市也以“科教兴市、搞好二次创业”为目标做了大量工作,逐年加大了科技活动人力和财力的投入,被评为全国科教兴市先进城市。但是,大庆市在科技投入方面尚存在很多问题,对此应有清醒的认识,需采取多种措施加以解决。
Daqing is a resource-based city dominated by oil and petrochemicals. To maintain long-term urban prosperity and sustainable development, it is necessary to develop alternative industries, especially high-tech industries. To this end, Daqing City has also done a great deal of work with the goal of “rejuvenating the city through science and education and doing a good job of establishing a second undertaking.” It has increased the input of human and financial resources for science and technology activities year by year. It has been awarded as an advanced city of rejuvenating the nation through science and education. However, there are still many problems in the investment of science and technology in Daqing City. We should have a clear understanding of this and need to take various measures to solve it.
