新疆山区育苗都要灌溉。沟渠单畦低床灌水又是目前主要灌水和做床的方法。但此种沟渠单畦低床的灌水往往因流水携带泥沙而使进水口的2—3行苗木被泥沙埋没,尤其对云杉,落叶松小粒种子幼苗期影响最大。 为了克服泥沙埋苗,在沟渠单畦低床灌水和做床的基础上,对床面重新进行了设计——改单畦低床为双畦低床。即将原来的两个床面合并为一个大床面,把原两床中的一条步道,改为比床面低的浅沟(见附图),其余床埂、步道水渠与单畦低床相同。在双畦低床灌水时,
