学科德育要有针对性,才能提高学科德育的实效性。以科研为引领,构建“五维度”课堂教学模式,推动课堂“静悄悄”的革命。闸北区始终将区域推进学科德育的特色建设作为深化“两纲”教育的突破点,作为提高教师的育德能力、提高学科育人实效的重要途径。调研先行,形成学科德育的区域共识。2009~2014年来,闸北区进行了两次全区教师教学基本功大调研,聘请区内外200多位教学专家,共计听了1万多节教师的随堂课,获得了多方面的有用信息。其中
