我厂是生产精密复杂刀具的工厂,大部分刀具是中碳钢和高速钢经对焊而成。因数量大,所以棒料的下料问题是我厂备料的关键,过去我们一直沿用开式冲模下料,因偏斜和椭圆度达不到工艺要求,在焊接时只好加大两端的平头量,这样做既浪费了原材料,又加大了工时费用。 1979年,我们和西安交通大学共同设计制造成功了精密差动剪切模,解决了偏斜和椭圆度超差问题,但是只能用于ф28毫米以下的棒料,ф28毫米
