通过绕弯试验和应变分析,研究了绕弯工艺的主要参数侧压P和相对弯曲半径R/H对曲率弹复ΔR的影响.得到了P和R/H对ΔR的影响规律及对毛坯变形区切向应变分布与变化的影响,为模具设计及修正以及工艺参数的调整提供了科学依据.
Through the bending test and strain analysis, the influence of the side pressure P and the relative bending radius R / H on the curvature resilience ΔR was studied. The influence of P and R / H on ΔR and its influence on the distribution and variation of the tangential strain in the blank deformation zone were obtained, which provided a scientific basis for the design and modification of the mold and the adjustment of the process parameters.
