本文主要介绍激光照排机的光学系统。光学系统包括一支氦氖激光器,四个电光调制器与四支光学纤维。四支光学纤维的输出端精密横排。由一个格兰-付科稜镜与几个反射膜片将激光束分解成四束偏振的光束。四个电光调制器是用作四个光开关,光开关是由开关电路控制的。这套光学系统体积很小,通过主副扫描系统可以在底片上照排文字与画面。
This article describes the laser imagesetter optical system. The optical system includes a He-Ne laser, four electro-optic modulators and four optical fibers. Four optical fiber output precision horizontal row. A Glan-Pake prism and several reflective diaphragms separate the laser beam into four beams of polarized light.
